LGBTQ+ stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, and the + includes other identities, such as non-binary, asexual, and pansexual. These terms refer to people's sexual orientation (who they are attracted to) or gender identity (how they see or feel about themselves). Everyone’s journey with their gender and sexuality is unique, and there’s no "right" way to be LGBTQ+.

If you’re exploring your identity, it’s okay to take your time. There are many resources available to help you better understand what being LGBTQ+ means and how to find support.
